John  ATTHEY

 John Atthey è nato il 18 aprile del 1985 a Darlington, una cittadina circa 25 Km ad est di Middlesbrough ed oggi vive a Bristol.

 Dopo aver frequentato la Marling School di Stroud si è laureato all'università di Exeter ma gioca a bridge seguendo le orme paterne fin da quando aveva 10 anni ed è stato il più giovane giocatore inglese ad aver conquistato il titolo di Grandmaster.

 John ha iniziato a far parte delle nazionali giovanili inglesi ed ha conquistato diversi importanti titoli britannici tra i quali ricordiamo la Pachabo Cup, la Hubert Phillis e la Tollemache.

John Atthey was born on April 18, 1985 in Darlington, a town about 25km east of Middlesbrough and now lives in Bristol.

After attending the Marling School in Stroud he graduated from the University of Exeter but has been playing bridge in his father's footsteps since he was 10 and was the youngest English player to win the title of Grandmaster.

John began to be part of the English youth national teams and won several important British titles including the Pachabo Cup, Hubert Phillis and Tollemache.
