Guy Mendes de Leon č nato il 29 maggio del 1995 a Doetinchem una cittā centro orientale non lontana dal confine tedesco.
Ha studiato presso il collegio Ludger della sua cittā e fisica applicata presso l'Universitā di Twente.
Dopo aver vissuto nel periodo universitario a Enschede, una cittā pochi chilometri a SE di Twente, oggi vive ad Amsterdam dove lavora presso presso la Whayle e dove gestisce una sua piccola azienda che si occupa di sviluppare soluzioni s/w applicate al bridge.
Guy ha vinto i Campionati Europei Giovanili del 2015 per poi guadagnare il bronzo nella President Cup del 2016 e l'argento in quelli Juniores del 2019.
A livello mondiale ha vinto il bronzo nei Campionati Juniores del 2018 e l'argento nei Transnazionali Giovanili del 2019.
Guy Mendes de Leon was born on May
29, 1995 in Doetinchem, a central eastern city not far from the German border.
He studied at the Ludger college in his hometown and applied physics at the University of Twente.
After having lived during his university years in Enschede, a city a few kilometers SE of Twente, he now lives in Amsterdam where he works at Whayle and where he runs his own small company that deals with developing s / w solutions applied to bridge.
Guy won the 2015 European Youth Championships and then earned bronze in the 2016 President Cup and silver in the 2019 Juniors.
At the world level, he won bronze in the 2018 Junior Championships and silver in the 2019 Youth Transnationals.
