Giuseppe Di Lentini è nato il 2 gennaio del 1946 a Catania, dove ha studiato prima presso il liceo Leonardo da Vinci e poi presso la locale università laureandosi in legge.
Proprietario terriero, si è dedicato per tutta la vita ai suoi hobby tra i quali spicca prepotente il bridge.
Giocatore ed arbitro di buon livello è arrivato a vincere il campionato italiano a coppie miste nel 1996.
É scomparso nella sua Catania il 2 febbraio del 2020.

studied first at the Leonardo da Vinci high school and then at the local
university graduating in law.
