Tuna Elmas è nata ad Ankara il 20 giugno del 1968, ha frequentato il TED Ankara College Foundation Private High School e si è laureata presso l'Università del Bosforo in inglese e letteratura.

 Sposata, oggi vive a Istanbul.

 Ha conosciuto il bridge perché lo praticavano i genitori ma ha iniziato ha giocare seriamente solo superati i trent'anni ma con buon successo.

 Oltre a diversi titoli nazionali conquistati nella categoria femminile, ha fatto parte alcune volte della Nazionale turca e ha vinto l'argento nel Coppie Open agli Europei Transazionali del 2017 e l'oro nella CUP II del coppie miste nel 2019.

 Nel 2022 l'esordio nella Venice Cup.

   Tuna Elmas was born in Ankara on June 20, 1968, attended TED Ankara College Foundation Private High School and graduated from the Bosphorus University in English and Literature.

She is married, she now lives in Istanbul.

She knew bridge because her parents practiced it but she started playing seriously only after the age of thirty but with good success.

In addition to several national titles in the women's category, she has been part of the Turkish national team a few times and won silver in Open Pairs at Transactional European Championships in 2017 and gold in CUP II Mixed Pairs in 2019.

In 2022 the debut in the Venice Cup.
