Michael Foot è nato a Plymouth il 23 luglio del 1913 ed è stato un noto uomo politico, giornalista e scrittore inglese.
Leader del partito laburista dal 1980 al 1983, Membro della Camera dei Comuni dal 1945 al 1955 e dal 1960 al 1992.
Subì una disastrosa sconfitta in occasione dell'elezione di Margaret Thatcher con la quale sedeva a volte al tavolo da Bridge al n. 10 di Downing Street.
Scomparve a Londra il 3 marzo del 2010.
Michael Foot was born in Plymouth on July 23, 1913 and has
been a well-known politician, journalist and writer.
Leader of the Labor Party from 1980 to 1983, Member of the House of Commons from 1945 to 1955 and from 1960 to 1992.
He suffered a disastrous defeat in the election of Margaret Thatcher in which he sat sometimes at the green table to n. 10 Downing Street.
He disappeared in London on March 3, 2010.
