Rhoda Habert è nata il 23 luglio del 1948 a Montreal dove ha studiato presso la Malcolm Campbell High School prima di laurearsi all'Università McGill.

 World Women Life Master, assieme a diversi titoli nazionali ha guadagnato la medaglia di bronzo alle Olimpiadi del 1996 e quella d'argento in quelle del 2000. 

 Sempre nel 2000 ha conquistato l'argento anche nello IOC Grand Prix.

 Arrivò seconda anche nella NEC CUP inaugurale del 1995.

  World Women Life Master, along with several national titles earned the bronze medal at the 1996 Olympics and the silver in those of 2000.

Also in 2000 he won the silver medal also in the IOC Grand Prix.
