Danny Kleinman was born in New York on March 13,
1937, but has lived for a long time in Los
Angeles.
Divorced
with a child, he worked for twenty years
in the field of computer programming and
is a well-known American backgammon and
bridge player.
He is known
to have devised the approach slam
convention bearing his name and for
writing some books on both bridge and
backgammon.
