Petrit Radovicka è nato nel 1932, si è laureato in Ingegneria elettrotecnica ed è considerato il padre fondatore del bridge albanese.
Sposato ha avuto due figli che sono entrambi buoni giocatori.
Scomparso nel 1993, dieci anni prima della nascita della Federazione Albanese, ha coraggiosamente sorretto, praticato e diffuso il gioco quando il regime comunista lo puniva con il carcere.
