Di origine russa Paolo Alexandrovic Rijoff nacque nel 1923 e fu una delle figure più rappresentative del bridge milanese.
I suoi primi due titoli risalgono al 1953 e furono lo Squadre Miste e la prima Coppa Italia.
La stessa accoppiata la colse nel 1958, mentre lo Squadre Miste lo colse pure nel 1962 e 1964.
Nel 1973 centrò invece l'accoppiata Coppa Italia e Squadre Libere e nel 1998 concluse la sua carriera bridgista conquistando lo Squadre Senior.
A livello internazionale conquistò un argento nel Campionato del MEC a Squadre Open del 1969.
Scomparve nel 2002.
Russian-born Paul Alexandrovich Rijoff was born in 1923 and
was one of the most representative figures of the Milanese bridge.
His first two titles date back to 1953 and were the Mixed Teams and the first Italian Cup.
The same coupled caught her in 1958, while the Mixed Teams caught him well in 1962 and 1964. In 1973 the center instead coupled Cup Teams Free and Italy and in 1998 he concluded his career bridgista winning the Senior Teams. At international level, he won a silver in the MEC Team Open Championship of 1969. He disappeared in 2002.
