Ivy  STEINBERG & Allan QUAILE

 Nel circuito canadese non vi è forse una coppia più benvoluta dei coniugi Quaile.

 Ivy Steinberg è nata il 28 agosto del 1956 a Montreal ed oggi vive a Ballantrae, una città dell'Ontario a metà strada tra Toronto ed il lago Simcoe.

 Ivy ha studiato presso la Westhill High School di Stamford, si è laureata in matematica presso l'università Mc Gill di Montreal e in finanza e marketing presso l'università del Western Ontario di London. Ha lavorato per la Alphi Apparel Group ed è anche una buona golfista.

 Suo fratello Jonathan J. Steinberg è anche lui un noto bridgista che ha ricoperto diverse cariche federali e che nel 1993 l'ha convinta a partecipare al NABC di Seattle dove incontrò il marito. Jonathan ha anche guidato alcune volte la nazionale giovanile canadese portandola al bronzo nei mondiali del 2005.

 Allan Quaile, anche lui buon bridgista e golfista, è originario di Toronto ed ha sposato Ivy in seconde nozze nel 1999 dopo una ben collaudata convivenza.

  In the Canadian circuit there is perhaps a more well-liked couple than the Quaile couple.

Ivy Steinberg was born on August 28, 1956 in Montreal and today lives in Ballantrae, a city of Ontario halfway between Toronto and Lake Simcoe.

Ivy studied at the Westhill High School in Stamford, graduated in mathematics at McGill University in Montreal and in finance and marketing at the University of Western Ontario in London. She worked for the Alphi Apparel Group and she is also a good golfer.

His brother Jonathan J. Steinberg is also a notorious bridge player who has held various federal positions and who in 1993 persuaded her to attend the NABC in Seattle where she met her husband. Jonathan has also led the Canadian youth team several times, bringing it to bronze in the 2005 World Championships.

Allan Quaile, also him good bridge player and golfer, is originally from Toronto and married Ivy in second marriage in 1999 after a well-established domestic partnerships.
