Nao Tabata è nato a Lione il 2 maggio del 2002 ed è il più giovane giocatore di tutti i tempi ad aver vinto nella serie eccellenza francese il campionato nazionale a coppie open.

Ma, la cosa ancor più straordinaria è che il suo partner, Farès Ait Mouhoub aveva solo un anno in più di lui!
Non ho notizia di giocatori che abbiano vinto nella stessa categoria ma ancor più giovani un titolo nazionale di qualsiasi Paese.
Nao ha imparato il bridge al quinto anno di liceo assieme al sua collega di studi Farès, e pare che l'abbiano fatto molto bene!
