Laura Tidone č nata a Milano il 4 maggio del 1950, ha studiato presso il Liceo Parini e si č laureata in medicina e chirurgia e specializzata in psicoterapia ed endocrinologia presso la Statale di Milano.
Sposata con il campione Arturo Franco e risposata con il bridgista e istruttore Carlo Fogaroli, č stata direttore di dipartimento presso la ASL di Bergamo, cittā dove attualmente vive con l'attuale marito.
Laura ha avuto due figli, Marco e Valentina Regoliosi.
Membro dell' European Collaborating Centres in Addiction Studies, parla fluentemente il francese e l'inglese e da quando ha ricominciato a giocare in coppia con l'ex marito, ha conquistato un bronzo nei Campionati Italiani a Coppie Miste (2009) ed un oro nello Squadre Miste (2016), competizione che l'aveva vista giā vincitrice nel 1972 e che l'ha vista nuovamente sul top del podio nel 2018.
Laura Tidone was born in Milan on May 4, 1950, she studied at
the Liceo Parini and she graduated in medicine and surgery and specialized in
psychotherapy and endocrinology at the State University of Milan.
Married to the champion Arturo Franco and remarried to the bridge player and instructor Carlo Fogaroli, she was director of the department at the ASL of Bergamo, city where she currently lives with her actual husband.
Laura had two sons, Marco and Valentina Regoliosi.
Member of the European Collaborating Centres in Addiction Studies, she speaks fluent French and English and since he started playing with her ex-husband, she won a bronze medal in the Italian Mixed Pair Championships (2009) and a gold in the Italian Mixed Teams Championships (2016) competition that had already seen her as a winner in 1972 and who still saw her winning in 2018.
