Esta  van ZANDT

 Esta Venetia Van Zandt è nata a Calcutta il 3 gennaio del 1925 e si è trasferita negli Stati Uniti nel 1946  dopo aver sposato il militare americano Kenneth Ray Van Zandt.

 Ha avuto due figli maschi dal suo matrimonio ed è stata un'appassionata bridgista che può vantare di essere stata la prima donna di Houston ad ottenere il titolo di Grand Life Master della ACBL.

 Esta che ha vinto due NABC nel 1981, ha anche fatto parte di una rappresentativa americana.

 E' scomparsa a Houston il 19 aprile del 2008.

  Esta Venetia Van Zandt was born in Calcutta on January 3, 1925 and moved to the United States in 1946 after marrying the American soldier Kenneth Ray Van Zandt.

She has had two sons from her marriage and has been an avid bridge player who can boast of being the first woman from Houston to be awarded the title of ACBL Grand Life Master.

She won two NABCs in 1981 and also been part of an American representative.

She went missing in Houston on April 19, 2008.
