Charlotte Baumgart è nata a Hamburg-Mitte il 6 ottobre del 2003 ed oggi vive a Lipsia dove ha frequentato l'Università.
Ha fatto più volte parte delle nazionali giovanili tedesche e nel 2004 ha guidato come capitano non giocatore la squadra vincitrice dei Campionati Mondiali Transnazionali Under 31.

attended university.
She has been a member of the German youth national teams several times, and in 2004, she led the winning team at the 2004 U-31 Transnational World Championships as a non-playing captain.
