Nikolas Bausback č nato il 22 aprile del 1962 a Darmastadt una cittā circa 40 Km a sud di Francoforte sul Meno. Libero professionista, ha studiato al Ginnasio Ambrosious-Blarer e si č laureato in ingegneria meccanica nell'Universitā Tecnica della sua cittā.
Bilingue, č sposato con la campionessa Anja Alberti ed č uno dei migliori giocatori tedeschi.
Gioca spesso sia in Svizzera che in Austria e nel 2011 ha vinto il Campionato Europeo delle Piccole Federazioni indossando i colori del Lussemburgo.
Era il coach della nazionale tedesca che ha vinto l'argento nella Venice Cup del 2005 schierando in campo la moglie.
Nikolas Bausback was

Frankfurt.
Self-employed, he studied at the Gymnasium Ambrosious-Blarer Technical University and is a graduate of his hometown in mechanical engineering.
Bilingual, is married to the champion Anja Alberti and is one of the best German players.
Often plays both in Switzerland and in Austria and in 2011 he won the European Championship of Small Federations wearing the colors of Luxembourg.
He was the coach of the German national team which won the silver in the Venice Cup in 2005 with his wife in the field.
