Florence Bourgeois è nata il 1 ottobre del 1964 a Boulogne-Billancourt ed è una storica dell'arte che si è laureata alla Scuola del Louvre ed ha preso una licenza in storia dell'arte alla Sorbona.
Florence ha iniziato la sua carriera professionale presso la LVHM dove ha ricoperto diversi incarichi sia nella finanza che nel marketing. Oggi è il direttore generale dei PAD (Padiglione dell'Arte e della Design) sia di Parigi che di Londra.
Appassionata viaggiatrice ha avuto quattro figli e si è dedicata all'arte coltivando il bridge come hobby secondario al quale spera di potersi dedicare maggiormente più avanti.
Nel 2014 è diventata direttrice del Paris Photo la più grande e famosa delle fiere di esposizione fotografiche mondiali che viene ospitata nel Grand Palais della capitale francese.

Florence began her professional career at LVHM where she held various positions in both finance and marketing. Today he is the general manager of the PAD (Pavilion of Art and Design) both in Paris and London.
Passionate traveler had four children and devoted herself to art by cultivating bridge as a secondary hobby to which she hopes to devote herself more later.
In 2014 she became the director of Paris Photo, the largest and most famous of the world's photographic exhibition fairs which is hosted in the Grand Palais of the French capital.
