Igor Adam Chalupec è nato il 29 maggio del 1966 a Varsavia ed è un manager, un imprenditore ed un finanziere di successo polacco.

Si è laureato in Commercio Estero e in Giurisprudenza presso l'Università di Varsavia ed ha iniziato la sua attività lavorativa come consulente della Polexepert e come broker presso la Proexim.

Nel 1991 ha fondato l'azienda di brokeraggio della Banca Pekao di cui è stato poi membro del CdA e Vice Presidente.

Per due anni è stato sottosegretario di Stato al Ministero delle Finanze e ha ricoperto cariche in sede europea a Bruxelles.

Per tre anni è stato presidente della Orlen e ricopre numerose altre cariche in diverse istituzioni polacche tra le quali la Borsa di Varsavia.

Chalupec è anche stato Vice Presidente della Federazione di Bridge Polacca e co-sponsor dell'innovativo progetto www.bridge24.pl dedicato alla gioventù polacca.

Igor Adam Chalupec was born on 29 May 1966 in Warsaw and is a successful manager, entrepreneur and financier.

He graduated in Foreign Trade and in Law at the University of Warsaw and began his work as a consultant at the Polexepert and as a broker at the Proexim.

In 1991 he founded the brokerage firm of the Bank Pekao which was then a member of the Board and Vice President.

For two years he was State Secretary at the Ministry of Finance and has held positions in the European headquarters in Brussels.

For three years he was president of Orlen and holds several other positions in various Polish institutions including the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Chalupec is also Vice President of the Polish Bridge Federation and co-sponsor of the innovative project www.bridge24.pl dedicated to Polish youth.
