Igor Adam Chalupec was born on 29 May 1966 in Warsaw and is a successful manager, entrepreneur and financier.
He graduated in Foreign Trade and in Law at the University of Warsaw and began his work as a consultant at the Polexepert and as a broker at the Proexim.
In 1991 he founded the brokerage firm of the Bank Pekao which was then a member of the Board and Vice President.
For two years he was State Secretary at the Ministry of Finance and has held positions in the European headquarters in Brussels.
For three years he was president of Orlen and holds several other positions in various Polish institutions including the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Chalupec is also Vice President of the Polish Bridge Federation and co-sponsor of the innovative project www.bridge24.pl dedicated to Polish youth.
