Laura DEKKERS

 Nata il 23 agosto del 1984 a Bergen op Zoom, una bella cittadina del Brabante a metà strada tra Gent e Rotterdam, è una delle migliori giocatrici olandesi del nuovo corso.

 Si è laureata all'Università di Amsterdam e ha già guadagnato il titolo di World Women Life Master.

 Ha vinto la sua prima medaglia agli Europei a Squadre Femminili Giovanili nel 2009 conquistando il bronzo.

 Ha poi conquistato in rapida successione l'argento agli Europei a Squadre Femminili nel 2010 e agli Europei Transnazionali Femminili del 2011.

 Sempre nel 2011 è riuscita anche a salire sul podio più prestigioso, conquistando il bronzo nella Venice Cup, mentre nel 2015 ha vinto la Hua Yuan Cup Pairs.
