Jack Nunes è nato a Londra nel 1907 ed è stato una figura di spicco del bridge britannico del secolo scorso.
Inventore di alcune apprezzate convenzioni, è stato il primo a portare il bridge in TV dove il suo testo "Improve Your Bridge" è stato usato come testo di riferimento in due corsi televisivi.
Trasferitosi a Manchester ed è stato proprietario di un bridge club.
Forse non esiste un titolo nazionale che non si sia mai aggiudicato, ha livello britannico ha vinto tra l'altro, 5 volte il Camrose, 4 volte la Gold Cup, 2 volte il Rockfords, 4 volte il Tollemache.
É scomparso il 14 maggio del 1998.

Inventor of some popular conventions, he was the first to bring the bridge on TV where his text "Improve Your Bridge" was used as a reference text in two television courses.
He moved to Manchester and was a bridge club owner.
Perhaps, there is no national title that has never won, has Britannic level has won 5 times the Camrose, 4 times the Gold Cup, 2 times the Rockfords, 4 times the Tollemache.
