Ioannis OIKONOMOPOULOS

 Ioannis Oikonomopoulos è nato il 15 giugno del 1994 a Selianitika, un villaggio costiero greco situato nel nord del Peloponneso circa 200 km a Ovest della capitale.

 Ha studiato presso il Liceo Mikras di Trilofos e presso l'Università delle Scienze Applicate della Macedonia Occidentale a Kozani, mentre, oggi vive a Salonicco (l'antica Tessalonica) che è la seconda più popolosa città della Grecia.

 Ioannis ha iniziato a interessarsi al bridge quando aveva solo 11 anni stimolato dalle continue discussioni che sentiva fare dai suoi genitori che erano entrambi giocatori.

 Ha riscosso il suo primo successo internazionale nel 2015 quando ha vinto il bronzo nel Campionato Mondiale Giovanile a Squadre Swiss di cui è stato sia coach che giocatore.

  Ioannis Oikonomopoulos was born on 15 June 1994 in Selianitika, a greek coastal village in the north of the Peloponnese  located about 200 km west of the capital.

He studied at the Mikras High School in Trilofos and at the University of Applied Sciences of Western Macedonia in Kozani, while, now lives in Salonika (the ancient Thessalonica) which is the second largest city of Greece.

Ioannis became interested in the bridge when he was only 11 years stimulated by the continuous threads that felt to her parents who were both players.

He achieved his first international success in 2015 when he won the bronze medal in the World Youth Swiss Teams Championships of which he was both coach and player.
