Gioca a bridge dal 1990, si è formata alla scuola di Claudio Petroncini ma deve la sua crescita bridgistica principalmente a suo marito: l'indimenticabile Fabio Rosati ex compagno di Lorenzo Lauria che è purtroppo prematuramente scomparso.

 Esordisce in azzurro ai Campionati Europei di Malmoe nel 2004 e, sul piano nazionale, può vantare diversi piazzamenti di prestigio tra i quali ricordiamo l'oro nello Squadre Miste nel 2000 e nel 2003, la Coppa Italia Femminile nel 2003, 2005, 2006 e 2012,  i Campionati a Squadre Femminile nel 1998, 2010, 2012, 2017 e 2021.

 World Women Master, nel 2008 mette a segno il suo primo colpo grosso conquistano l'argento agli Europei Femminili di Pau seguito nel 2009 e 2013 dal bronzo agli Europei Transnazionali a Squadre Femminili.

   Roman, born in 1968 (April 24), mother of three sons, is a former bank employee that now administer a service company.

 She play bridge since 1990, was formed at the school of Petroncini but owes its growth mainly to her partner of life: the unforgettable Fabio Rosati, former teammate of the big Lorenzo Lauria, unfortunately died prematurely.

 She made his debut in blue at the European Championships in Malmoe in 2004 and, at the national level, boasts several titles of prestige among which the gold in the Mixed Teams in 2000 and 2003, the Italy Women Cup in 2003, 2005, 2006 and 2012,  the Women Teams Championships in 1998, 2010, 2012, 2017 and 2021.

World Women Master, in 2008, scored her first big shot win the silver medal at the European Women Teams Championships in Pau followed in 2009 and 2013 by the bronze medal at European Women Transnational Teams.
