Tomasz Sielicki è nato il 4 marzo del 1960 a Varsavia ed è un noto imprenditore polacco nonché abile giocatore sia di scacchi che di bridge.
Laureato in Ingegneria Elettronica al Politecnico di Varsavia è stato il fondatore della Computer Land che oggi fa parte del gruppo Sygnity.
Sielicki è stato Presidente della Federazione Scacchistica Polacca e Vice Presidente di quella Europea e ha anche fatto parto del Comitato Olimpico Polacco.
Come bridgista ha vinto un paio di titoli nazionali ed è il co-sponsor dell'ambizioso e innovativo progetto www.bridge24.pl dedicato alla gioventù polacca.

As a bridge player has won a couple of national titles and he is the co-sponsor of the ambitious and innovative project www.bridge24.pl dedicated to Polish youth.
