Vladimir Andrzej Stobiecki č nato il 7 settembre del 1941 ed č un giocatore di spicco della Polonia che gestisce un suo club a Kielce una grossa cittā situata a metā strada tra Katowice e Lublino.
Direttore, insegnante e amministratore delle cose del bridge polacco, Vladimir ha conseguito il titolo di World Senior Master ed ha fatto parte per diversi anni dell'EBL Senior Committee.
Nel 1994 č stato il coach della squadra giovanile polacca che ha conquistato il bronzo ai Campionati Europei Under 26 e nel 2004 ha ricoperto lo stesso ruolo nella Squadra Seniores.
Come giocatore, oltre a diversi successi a livello nazionale, ha vinto nel 1995 i Campionati Europei Seniores sia a Coppie che a Squadre, oro quest'ultimo bissato nel 2001.
Inoltre, ha guadagnato il bronzo nella Rand Cup del 1998 e l'argento nella Senior Bowl del 2001.

Andrzej Stobiecki was born on September 7, 1941 and is a leading
bridge player in Poland who runs his club in Kielce a large city
located halfway between Katowice and Lublin.
Director, teacher and administrator of the things of the Polish bridge, Vladimir holds the title of Senior Master World and was a member for several years of EBL Senior Committee.
In 1994 he was the coach of the Polish youth team that won the bronze medal at the European Championships Under 26, and in 2004 he held the same role in the Senior Team.
As a player, as well as several successes at the national level, has won in the 1995 Senior European Championships both Pairs that Teams, gold latter repeated in 2001.
In addition, he earned the bronze in Rand Cup of 1998 and the silver in the Senior Bowl in 2001.
