Gino Ulivagnoli è nato il 3 ottobre del 1955 a Pistoia dove tuttora vive e si laureato in ingegneria civile all'Università di Pisa.

 Imprenditore nel settore delle Telecomunicazioni, Vice Presidente prima e Presidente poi dell'ASD Bridge Pistoia, in passato ha praticato il ciclismo agonistico e ancora oggi lo pratica a livello dilettantistico.

 Direttore sportivo nell'ambito del basket dal 2017 è stato eletto Vice Presidente FIGB.
