Gabriele Zanasi è nato a Palermo il 28 settembre del 1991 ed è una delle giovani promesse del bridge azzurro.

 Figlio d'arte (suo padre Italo era un World Life Master), vive a Palermo dove si è laureato in Scienze Economiche e Sociali e gioca a bridge dal 2002 anche se ha interrotto per 3 anni riprendendo nel 2008.

 Ha vinto 4 argenti nei Campionati Italiani Under 26 e poi, passato nel team Lavazza, nel 2014 i Campionati Italiani a Squadre e la Champion's Cup e nel 2015 i Campionati Italiani a Squadre Open.

 Nel 2013 aveva vinto l'oro ai Campionati del Mondo per Coppie Juniores e nel 2024 il Patton a Biarritz.

 Son of art, lives in Palermo where he graduated in Economics and Social Sciences and plays bridge since 2002 although interrupted for three years recovering in 2008.

 He won four silvers in the Italian Championships Under 26 and then, past the team Lavazza, in 2014 he won the Italian Championship Team and the Champion's Cup and in 2015 the Italian Open Teams.

 In 2013 he won gold at the World Championships Junior Pairs and in 2024 the Patton to Festival de Biarritz.
