Emanuela Capriata è nata il 22 gennaio del 1958 e da molti anni guida le squadre femminili giovanili azzurre oltre ad essere una delle prime atlete nella Classifica Femminile Nazionale di tutti i tempi e a dirigere la Scuola Bridge del Bridge Eur di Roma città nella quale vive.
Come giocatrice è una Italian Grand Master che può vantare un ricco palmares che si inaugura con la vittoria nel Campionato Italiano a Coppie Miste del 1988 e prosegue con quello a Squadre Miste nel 1992, 2001 e 2015.
Tra gli altri titoli, la Coppa Italia femminile l'ha vinta per i colori di Catania nel 2000, 2001, 2004, mentre lo Squadre Signore lo ha conquistato nel 2004 e 2005.
World Women Master, a livello internazionale può vantare un bronzo negli Europei Femminili del 1993, un argento nello stesso anno nei Common Market e la vittoria nel 2003 al primo Campionati Europeo Open nello Squadre Transnazionali Femminili.
Come capitano non giocatore ha guidato le azzurrine al titolo nel World Girls Teams del 2015 oltre a due bronzi nel 2012 e 2014 nella Rona Cup e altri due nei Campionati Europei Girls del 2013 e 2015.
Emanuela Capriata was born on 22nd January 1958 and for many years has been
leading the women's youth blue teams as well as being one of the first female
athletes in the all-time national ranking; Beside, she directing the Bridge
School of the Eur Bridge in Rome a city where she lives.
As a player she is an Italian Grand Master who can boast a rich palmares that opens with the victory in the Mixed Couples Italian Championship of 1988 and continues with that of Mixed Teams in 1992, 2001 and 2015.
Among other titles, we remember the Italy Women's Cup won by colors of Catania in 2000, 2001, 2004, while the Italian Women Teams Championships won it in 2004 and 2005.
World Women Master, internationally can boast a bronze in the Women's European Championships in 1993, a silver in the same year in the Common Market and the victory in 2003 at the first European Open Championship in the Women's Transnationals Teams.
As a non-player captain she led the blue girls at victory of World Girls Teams of 2015 as well as two bronzes in 2012 and 2014 in the Rona Cup and two more in the European Championships in 2013 and 2015.
