 Diyan Danailov č nato il 30 novembre del 1974 a Šumen una cittā della Bulgaria che si trova circa 90 Km ad est di Varna.

 Ha frequentato l'Universitā Tecnica di Varna e oggi vive nella capitale bulgara.

 World International Master, ha vinto decine di titoli nazionali e dopo aver conquistato la quarta piazza agli Europei a Squadre del 2008 ha conquistato la medaglia di bronzo nella Bermuda Bowl del 2009 e di quella d'argento nel Transazionale Mondiale a Squadre del 2015.

 Nel 2017 ha vinto il Cavendish Open Pairs ed il Mitchell, nel 2019 gli Open Pairs agli Europei Open.

 Oggi č anche un affermato insegnante.

  Diyan Danailov was born on 30 November 1974 in Bulgarian town of Shumen which is located about 90 km to the east of Varna.

 He attended the Technical University of Varna and today lives in the capital.

 World International Master, he has won several national titles and after earning the fourth place in the European Teams Championships of 2008, winning the bronze medal in the Bermuda Bowl in 2009 and the silver in the World Transnational Open Teams.

 In 2017 he won the Cavendish Open Pairs and the Mitchell, in 2019 the Open Pairs at the European Open.

Today he is in add on a well-known bridge teacher.
