Dennis Koch Palmund è nato il 25 giugno del 1959 a Soborg nei pressi della capitale ed oggi vive a Greve Strand una cittadina circa 30 km a sud di Copenaghen dove lavora presso la filiale di una multinazionale.
È sposato con Charlotte, anche lei campionessa. Sofie e Amalia le rispettive figlie, hanno giocato a livello agonistico nella prima gioventù.
World International Master, Dennis ha vinto l'argento agli Europei del 1993 ed il bronzo alle Olimpiadi del 1996 e alla D'Orsi Cup del 2022 che poi ha vinto l'anno successivo.
Molti anni prima aveva vinto da juniores il bronzo ai Campionati del MEC a Squadre del 1981.
Charlotte Kock Palmund è nata nel 1974 ed ha studiato nella Krogard di Greve prima di laurearsi all'Università di Copenaghen. Oggi lavora presso la Federazione Danese.
World Women Life Master che si è messa in luce vincendo il bronzo ai Campionati del MEC a Squadre Femminili del 1987.
L'anno successivo ha vinto le Olimpiadi Femminili e nel 2000 ha guadagnato il bronzo nella Venice Cup.
Sul piano continentale ha vinto l'argento ai Transnazionali Europei Misti del 1994 ed il bronzo in quelli successivi.
