Nils Kare Kvangraven è nato il 23 agosto del 1977 a Os una cittadina circa 180 Km a sud di Trondheim ed oggi vive a Kristiansand una città affacciata sullo Skagerrak nell'estremo sud norvegese.
Nils, che ha studiato presso la Nord-Østerdal Videregående, è un World Master ed uno dei migliori giocatori della sua generazione che ha colto i suoi migliori risultati all'inizio del secolo vincendo i Campionati Europei Giovanili a Squadre del 2000 ed arrivando al bronzo in quelli del 2002.
Nella categoria superiore ha vinto il bronzo ai Campionati Europei a Coppie Open nel 2013, poi nel 2018 ha vinto il Campionato Europeo ed il trofeo internazionale a coppie Marit Sveaas IBT facendolo seguire dal bronzo nella Bermuda Bowl del 2019.
Nils Kare Kvangraven was born on August 23, 1977 in Os, a town about 180 km south
of Trondheim and today lives in Kristiansand a city overlooking the Skagerrak in
the extreme south of Norway.
Nils, who studied at Nord-Østerdal Videregående, is a World Master and one of the best players of his generation who has taken his best results at the turn of the century winning the 2000 European Teams Youth Championships and coming to bronze in those of 2002.
In the upper category he won the bronze at the 2013 Open Pairs European Championships and in 2018 he won the European Teams Championships and the Marit Sveaas IBT international pairs trophy.
In 2019 he earned the bronze medal in the Bermuda Bowl.
