Tamas Nikolits era nato a Budapest nel 1947 da una famiglia di giocatori di carte.
Ingegnere elettrotecnico, sposato con Nóri una dentista che scomparve poco prima di lui, hanno avuto due figli.
Già all'età di venti anni faceva parte della nazionale ungherese arrivò a fregiarsi del bronzo nella European Champion Cup del 1988.
Trasferitosi ad Elastron lavorò prima alla Taurus e poi alla Gamanext.
Fu un pilastro della Federazione Ungherese e scomparve nel novembre del 2019 dopo una lunga battaglia combattuta con la leucemia.

Electrical engineer, married to Nóri a dentist who disappeared shortly before him, they had two children.
Already at the age of twenty he was part of the Hungarian national team and achieved bronze in the 1988 European Champion Cup.
Moving to Elastron he worked first at Taurus and then at Gamanext.
He was a pillar of the Hungarian Federation and disappeared in November 2019 after a long battle with leukemia.
