Rozanne Pollack è nata il 29 aprile del 1947 e vive a Baskin Ridge nel New Jersey.
Ha studiato presso la Brooklyn High School e si è laureata presso la Harvard University ed è una ricercatrice scientifica dello Stato di New York.
Sposata con William, anche lui noto bridgista, ha una figlia Becca.
World Woman Grand Master è stata una delle più note bridgiste americane degli anni '90.
Giocando in coppia con il marito ha vinto l'argento ai Transnational Mixed Teams del 1996 ed il bronzo ai Mondiali a Coppie Miste del 1986.
In campo femminile ha vinto l'oro nella Mc Connell Cup del 1994 e l'argento nello IOC del 1999 e nella Venice Cup del 1995.
Sul circuito americano ha vinto una dozzina di NABC tra i quali ricordiamo 5 Sternberg (1988, 1997, 2001, 2017 e 2018).
