Carole Claire Marie Puillet è nata a Lione l'8 marzo del 1987, ha studiato presso il Politecnico di Lione e l'Università di Leicester e lavora come ingegnere informatico presso il Politecnico dove ha studiato laureandosi in matematica.
Amante della danza e della ginnastica è una delle migliori promesse del bridge transalpino.
Ai Mondiali a Squadre Giovanili Femminili ha guadagnato l'argento nel 2004, ai Campionati Europei a Coppie Under 26 del 2010 ha vinto la medaglia di bronzo, agli Europei Giovanili a Squadre Femminili ha conquistato il bronzo nel 2011.
World Women Master, nel 2013 ha guadagnato il bronzo nei Campionati Europei Open a Coppie Femminili e nel 2023 ha vinto la women Champion Cup.
