Tarek Sadek è nato al Cairo il 17 aprile 1960 e lì ha sempre vissuto laureandosi presso l'Università locale.

 Sposato con due figli, da venti anni è chairman presso la Omega Soft Projects ed è uno dei più forti giocatori del suo Paese che ha vinto molti titoli nazionali.

 World Life Master lo si può incontrare presso molte delle più importante manifestazioni bridgistiche internazionali e in Nord America ha vinto la Vanderbilt Cup del 2009, la Reisinger del 2016 ed il Mitchell del 2012.
