Natalia Sakowska è nata a Varsavia il 27 luglio 1988, si è diplomata al Liceo Stanislawa Staszica e studia Matematica e Scienza dei Computer all'Università di Varsavia.

 Parla oltre al polacco, l'inglese, lo spagnolo e il tedesco ed è una delle giovani rivelazioni della nazionale polacca che ha imparato il bridge all'Università.

 Natalia che ama viaggiare e leggere ogni genere di libri, ha già conquistato i Campionati Europei Juniores Femminili nel 2009, la Rona Cup nel 2010 e ha guadagnato il bronzo ai Campionati Mondiali Universitari del 2012. Nello stesso anno è passata nella nazionale maggiore polacca e ha subito guadagnato il bronzo nelle Olimpiadi Femminili.

 Oltre al Bridge Natalia ama leggere di tutto e viaggiare.
