Marc Smith è nato nel 1960 ed un giocatore di bridge britannico, articolista e scrittore.
Marc ha rappresentato la Nazionale Britannica come junior vincendo i Campionati del MEC a Squadre del 1985.
Sposato con Charlotte, anche lei buona bridgista, spesso giocano in coppia vincendo diversi Tornei a livello nazionale e raggiungendo la fase finale del Campionando del Mondo per Squadre Miste Transazionali.
Autore di numerosi libri, è particolarmente famoso per "Le 25 Convenzioni che tu devi conoscere" scritto a quattro mani con Barbara Seagram.
Ha anche operato come coach delle squadre Thailandesi ai World Bridge Games del 2008.
Marc Smith (born 1960) is a British bridge player,
columnist and writer.
Marc represented Great Britain as a junior, winning the 1985 European Union Junior Teams Championship.
He has a host of wins in national events, and reached the final of the World Mixed Pairs Championship playing with his wife, Charlotte.
He is a regular contributor to bridge magazines, and author of a number of books.
He is best-known as an author of the most successful bridge book of the last half-century, 25 Bridge Conventions You Should Know, which he co-wrote with Barbara Seagram.
Marc has
been in 2008 the coach of Nationals Thai Teams.
