Ole Gunnar Solskjær è nato il 26 febbraio del 1973 a Kristiansund, una città dell'isola di Nordlandet affacciata sul fiordo di Bremsnes, ed è un ex dirigente sportivo, allenatore di calcio ed ex calciatore norvegese.

 Attaccante di ruolo, dopo un inizio di carriera norvegese ha giocato prima ed allenato poi, per un totale di 15 anni nel Manchester United ed oggi è l'allenatore del Molde, una squadra dove aveva giocato per un paio di anni prima di trasferirsi in Inghilterra.

 Sposato con Silje hanno avuto tre figli ed oggi la coppia è tornata a vivere a Kristiansund.

 Esempio di etica professionale è stato il più giovane ad essere insignito con il cavalierato dell'Ordine di Sant'Olav.

Ole che ha anche giocato 66 partite nella nazionale norvegese è un appassionato di bridge è non è insolito trovarlo seduto al tavolo verde.

Ole Gunnar Solskjær was born on February 26, 1973 in Kristiansund, a town on the island of Nordlandet overlooking the fjord of Bremsnes, and is a former sports manager, football coach and former Norwegian footballer.

After a career start in Norway, he played first how player,  then how trainer, for a total of 15 years in Manchester United and today is the Molde's coach, a team where he had played for a couple of years before moving to England.

Married to Silje they had three children and today the couple has returned to live in Kristiansund.

Example of professional ethics was the youngest to be awarded with the knighthood of the Order of St. Olav.
