Therese Tully è nata il 6 febbraio del 1953  a Southport una città marinara circa 80 km a sud di Brisbane dove si è trasferita nel 1970.

 Therese ha imparato a  giocare a bridge dal papà quando aveva dieci anni e non ha più smesso.

 Ha frequentato la Stuartholme School di Toowong ed è una World Women Master  che fa parte del Comitato Tecnico della Federazione Australiana.

 Therese, che ha vinto un gran numero di titoli nazionali, ha colto il suo miglior risultato a  livello intercontinentale con il quinto posto conquistato ai Campionati del Mondo del 1989 nello squadre femminile.

  Therese Tully was born February 6, 1953 in Southport a seaside town about 80 km south of Brisbane, where she moved in 1970.

 Therese has learned to play bridge by the father when he was ten years old and has not stopped since.

She attended the Stuartholme School of Toowong and is a World Women Master who is part of the Technical Committee of the Australian Federation.

Therese, who has won a number of national titles, took her best result at the intercontinental level with the fifth place finish at the 1989 Venice Cup.
