Frederic Eliel Wrang è nato a Stoccolma nel 1963 ed ha imparato a giocare a bridge assieme al fratello David, di due anni più grande, sotto la guida di Jan Wohlin  quando aveva solo 13 anni.

 Scapolo, ha tre fratelli di cui due, buoni bridgisti.

 Pur prediligendo il poker in tutte le sue varianti, Frederic gioca anche a bridge senza perdere l'occasione di guadagnarsi ambiti allori.

 Impegnato nel ramo vendite dell'azienda di famiglia, Frederic ha trovato il modo di vincere il Cavendish Teams del 2013 e di guadagnarsi il bronzo nei Transnazionali Europei del 2007, nella Champion Cup del 2009 e nella Rosenblum Cup del 2014.

 Buon golfista, praticando il rubber bridge a Londra quando aveva solo 20 anni, maturò la decisione di proporsi come professionista e vanta come sua più soddisfacente affermazione la vittoria nella Gold Cup del 1998.

 Infine, nel 2015 ha guadagnato un prestigioso argento nella Bermuda Bowl seguito dallo stesso metallo alla prima edizione degli IMSA Elite Mind Games nel 2016.

Nel 2018 conquista la Zimmmermann Cup ai secondi European Winter Games e nel 2022 arriva secondo nella Rosenblum Cup.

Born in Stockholm in 1963, he learned to play bridge with his brother David, two years older, under the leadership of Jan Wohlin when he was only 13 years old.

 Bachelor, has three brothers, two of which, good bridge players.

 While favoring the poker in all its variations, Frederic also plays bridge without losing the opportunity to earn laurels areas.

Engaged in the sales branch of the family, Frederic has found a way to win the Cavendish Teams of 2013 and earn the bronze in the European Transnational 2007 Champion Cup in 2009 and the Rosenblum Cup 2014.

Good golfer, practicing rubber bridge in London when he was only 20 years, reached the decision to present himself as a professional and has as his most satisfying affirmation victory in the 1998 Gold Cup.

Finally, in 2015 he earned a prestigious silver medal in the Bermuda Bowl followed by same metal in the first edition of IMSA Elite Mind Games (2016).

In 2018 won the Zimmermann Cuo at second European Winter Games and in 2022 he arrived at second site in the Rosenblum Cup.
