Brigitta  FISCHER

 Brigitta Fischer è nata nel 1994 a Budapest, è la prima campionessa mondiale magiara della storia del bridge.

 A Budapest, dove ha sempre vissuto, ha compiuto i suoi studi presso il liceo Fazekas Mihaly, l'Università Corvinus prima di laurearsi all'Università della Tecnologia e dell'Economia.

 Ha praticato la danza artistica ed ha iniziato il bridge a 14 anni quando frequentò un corso di bridge pomeridiano tanto per stare insieme ai proprio amici.

 Ha lavorato presso la MTK ed oggi lavora presso il Gruppo Obuda, una società che si occupa di pianificazione e che offre servizi di ingegneria e di gestione progettuale ed il lavoro toglie molto tempo al suo bridge.

 Nonostante questo Brigitta, che aveva già conquistato alcuni titoli nazionali, nel 2022 ha avuto l'opportunità di sostituire all'ultimo momento una delle giocatrici della fortissima giovane squadra che ha vinto il Campionato Mondiale Femminile e non si è lasciata scappare l'occasione di fregiarsi della prestigiosa Mc Connell Cup.

Tre anni prima aveva guadagnato l'argento ai Campionati Europei Giovanili con una squadra femminile interamente ungherese.

Brigitta Fischer was born in 1994 in Budapest, she is the first female Magyar world champion in the history of bridge.

In Budapest, where she has always lived, she completed her studies at Fazekas Mihaly High School, Corvinus University before graduating from the University of Technology and Economics.

She practiced artistic dance and started bridge at 14 when she took an afternoon bridge class just to be with her friends.

She used to work at MTK and now she works at Obuda Group, a planning firm that offers engineering and project management services and her work takes up a lot of her bridge time.

Despite this Brigitta, who had already won some national titles, in 2022 had the opportunity to replace one of the players of the very strong young team that won the Women's World Championship at the last moment and did not miss the opportunity to boast of the prestigious McConnell Cup.

Three years earlier she had earned silver at the European Youth Championships with an all-Hungarian women's team.
