Jacek Romanski nacque il 27 gennaio del 1950 a Varsavia ed è stato uno dei migliori giocatori polacchi del suo tempo.
Ha vinto 13 Campionati a squadre nazionali e 4 a coppie nazionali.
World Life Master e Senior Grand Master, in campo mondiale ha vinto l'Olimpiade del 1984, le Rand Cup del 2014 e del 2022, categoria nella quale a conquistato anche un argento ed un bronzo a Coppie nel 218 e 2014. Nel 2005 ha vinto anche un argento nel Transnazionale a Squadre Open.
In campo europeo ha vinto l'argento nel 1997 nello Squadre Open e due ori più tre bronzi nello Squadre Senior, un oro nel Transnational Senior del 2009, un oro due argenti e due bronzi nella Senior Bowl.
Jacek è scomparso nella sua città il 17 settembre 2023.

On the European field he won silver in 1997 in the Open Teams and two gold plus three bronzes in the Senior Teams, one gold in the 2009 Transnational Senior, one gold, two silvers and two bronzes in the Senior Bowl.
Jacek disappeared in his hometown on September 17, 2023.
