Joey Silver è nato il 24 settembre del 1941 a Montreal dove ha esercitato la sua professione di avvocato fino al momento del suo pensionamento.
Giocatore di caratura internazionale, ha vinto l'argento alla Bermuda Bowl del 1995 ed ai World Senior Pairs del 2016.
World International Master, ha anche vinto lo IOC del 2002, il Cavendish del 1985 e 4 NABC tra i quali ricordiamo il Mitchell del 1981, il Silodor del 1985 e la Vanderbilt del 1974.
La CBF gli ha concesso l'onore dell'elezione nella Hall of Fame del bridge canadese.
Joey Silver was born on September 24, 1941 in Montreal where he practiced his
profession as a lawyer until his retirement.
An international player, he won silver at the Bermuda Bowl in 1995 and at the World Senior Pairs in 2016.
World International Master, he also won the IOC of 2002, the Cavendish of 1985 and 4 NABCs including the Mitchell of 1981, the Silodor of 1985 and the Vanderbilt of 1974.
The CBF granted him the honor of being elected to the Canadian Bridge Hall of Fame.
